Rates for Counseling
Individual
$135 session (60 minutes)
$205 intake (90 minutes)
The initial Mental Health Intake appointment is scheduled for 90 minutes. Subsequent appointments are scheduled for 60 minutes. We accept cash/check/credit or debit card. REGENCE is the only Insurance accepted at the moment.
Couples
$155 session (60 minutes)

Sliding Scale
$60 (50 minutes)
For clients with limited economic resources, I provide services at a maximum of $60 per 50 minutes session. Please be aware that only few clients may qualify for this option based on financial need. Only two spots per year period. Private pay only. We accept cash/credit or debit card.

Parental Coaching
$145 (50 minutes).
How amazing would be if we had a manual for parenting? But we don’t. However, what we have is information on best practices, tools and resources we can utilize in the development of parental skills to enjoy our children as they are! Sessions are scheduled for 50 minutes. Private pay only, we accept cash/check/credit or debit card.

Family session with or without original client can be added to another service like individual therapy. The sessions are scheduled for 60 minutes. Private pay only, we accept cash/check/credit or debit card.

Supervision/Case consultation
$100 (60 minutes)
This space is dedicated to provide support in building your practice and getting your supervised hours for your professional license. The sessions are scheduled for 60 minutes. Private pay only, we accept cash/check/credit or debit card.
L&I Crime Victims Compensation Program
We accept clients that are eligible for the L&I Crime Victims Compensation Program. Claim number must be provided prior the day of the intake, otherwise clients are financially responsible for the charges of the session already scheduled. The initial intake session is scheduled for 90 minutes. Subsequent appointments are scheduled for 60 minutes.

Individual sessions for students in Counseling Psychology Programs
In order to help you understand the role of a counselor, you may need to experience counseling services yourself. Depending on your program requirements you may need to complete between 10-15 sessions of counseling. In this work I will guide you through the ins and outs of starting your own practice, the pros and cons of joining an agency, and one of the most important parts of your training as a therapist, your counseling style. The sessions are scheduled for 50 minutes. Private pay only. We accept cash/check/credit or debit card.
